Honestly, why do people keep asking this question? If you're not buying PLS as a growth stock you're probably confused in my opinion. There is no incentive for PLS to be an income stock when there are so many positive NPV investments to make. Stage 2, Stage 3, Refinery JV 1, Refinery JV 2 and so on.
