@Chotto - so what is the source of your annoyance?
That clause merely deems that the 10 or so shareholders who have nominated to be notified of meetings via snail mail the notification has to go out 3 days before the 28 days commences.
That is, if anyone had requested a snail mail notification, the mail would have had to be posted today.
It has no impact on Tuesday's deadline. No announcement by COB on Tuesday means SKI is not interested in the 12c options.
