I do agree with some of you guys, that the share price will continue to drop until some substancial announcements on asset sales. IMO they will need to make about 4 -6 sales making over 250M while retaining management rights. with 100M going to top up the credit facility, 100M to pay back debt, and an extra 50M as cash on hand.

The cash on hand will help speed up the simplifing the complex structure of the Centro family. With that sorted out, I think over a few years, the share price will be about $1.5 -$2 a share.
