Cant see an announcement of dividend so I am at a loss to explain this. I would ask the company myself but figure it is just a mistake.

Agreed no income production at present ... and it may be some time until we see it positive ... that being said the product they are saying seems to be fairly well along in testing and not actually being a drug wont have to go as far with say a traditional new drug. Promising results from the human trials and that it actually targets specifically the heart disease as opposed to other treatments which only cover symptoms. Other methods under testing by the company also look to have some promise.

Just the level and strength of the bids this week ... not a usual small player paying 22 cents for 1 million and then being given and coming back and paying again for another 750,000 .... and then taking out the 22.5 offers for size as well ...... I shall watch this closely next week. Obviously someone selling with a major repositioning going on and with no shortage of strength on the bid is what has my attention.

As to the company spin off .... it all by itself looks as though it has better promise than most ... already has the process for converting PET plastic down and patented ....
