"In our Market Update released on 30 July 2018 in conjunction with our Appendix 4C, we noted that it is now planned that the advice scenarios module (i.e. module 4) will be going “live” in Quarter 3 2018 for the CBA pilot program and other select clients. We reiterate that this is a planned schedule and we will keep the market informed should there be any change to this."

Going by memory this affect use of module 2, those 2 modules work in together.
Still not expecting a gang buster 4c.
Though, throughout the year a steady increase in numbers of each 4c would certainly be expected.
