    At this point the shortfall has not been filled so now unlikely to be filled especially given: 
    1. the current SP is below the SPP price
    2. GLV has declined to fund CIS Dec costs as it is not clear if and when Philippine authorities will renew the exploration permits so development has effectively ceased due to a stand-off

    So given $338k is forecast cash at 31/12 a CR is very urgent - the market is aware of this and will no doubt dictate terms.
