I have been researching prospective phosphate regions since Minemakers' spectacular performance. MAK have a head start on other phosphate specs, as they already have a JORC thanks to RIO.
Uramet on the other hand, are a new kid on the block. Formed only a year ago from a diamond exploration company Elkedra Diamonds, they have virtually been handed the most prospective parts of the NT for exploration.
"The central Georgina Basin contains world-class phosphorite deposits. Minor occurrences in Middle Cambrian carbonate shelf areas in the southern basin indicate that this area is also prospective, but it has not been systematically explored.Much of the southern Georgina Basin is currently under tenure for diamond exploration (by ElkedraDiamonds NL)
Uramet have the listed below tenements that are prospective for a range of minerals including phosphate, zinc, lead, magnesium and uranium.
Uramets phosphate tenements are comfortably nested immediately west of Legend's phosphate operations.
