A question. What sort of responsible board and md answers allegations and questions they must be aware are true by now, in a threatening bluff through their solicitors and not in a letter direct from themselves to their major shareholders.
Answer. A board and md that has no guts and must resign at least two of their positions asap and allow this potentially great little company to grow in the manner it is capable of.
Their bluff didn't work and I predict a board shake up and a line of development that will, at last, catapult this company upwards. If a board shakeup is not effected in the next week or so, the opposite will apply.
