I believe this is mainly due to the delay in the CannaGlobal transaction
A delay of more than a month (normally only take 5 business days) shows something is not right. Even if the court request for additional documents, it won't take that long in my opinion.
However, I am not a legal expert so hopefully someone who has this sort of expertise can share his/her insight here
