needs to break the previous lower high of 52c.
to do this requires some news re financing/approvals IMO as the negative is the capital spend % of cash held ..which will drop the market cap consequently greater as each quarter passes due to the amount of blue sky already in the cap.
I'm a buyer but not yet, gut feel April will be the Best Buy time...after the next quarterly when another $25m leaves the coffers and mr market will then guess they may need to raise before year's end/run out of cash.
Only caveat being if it jumps past .52c on fierce volume I'll be in regardless, esp with funding approved etc.
Still watching.
