This is the issue they have. Unless you get an MG from the telco - waiting on the telco todo the marketing is not a win win situation. If you don't have the telco on board and your purely and OTT product and just using the telco billing then you have to market the product yourself. I listened to the webinar and clearly they are spread too far. Getting deals with telcos is easy - but seeing them through to commercialising is another thing. Should just focus on 1 market with a telco that is giving great support, assist them with your own money on digital and create a case study to take to other telcos.
