pc3 - I think you might be right about Marcus. The appointment is turning out to be a master stroke - firstly with the termination of the convertible notes - and now perhaps with this. While it is a small investment, it is big in terms of symbolic importance. This acquisition and the various community contributions BB referred to in the announcement are all about the 'social license to operate'. They are putting their best foot forward here in at least appearing to be committed to community development.

The most interesting nuance in this is that they don't have to do it just now. It's occurrence now is probably to do with its symbolic importance - both in terms of illustrating commitment to the community (i.e. here is the site that we are going to build the medical centre and other facilities for the Greenvale community!) and their positivity moving forward.

Still some very high hurdles but these 2 recent announcements are positive.
