I did talk about this after Townsville Brief.
Ben did mention 3 they had in mind all 3 previous experience in HPAL design and construction, 2 considerably so.
I know which of them I would prefer, I worked for one and the two others worked for a project under our control at Goro plus they have done other HPAL projects.
But a tendering process, if not already commenced, would have to be undertaken to establish best value, schedule and design methology with proven senior staff assigned.
