I would have thought it would be easier to read the restart study released at end of 2017. Sums up costs there. We are in a different world now but I’m still told the analysts at Patos and CS have price targets of $1.97 and $2.10 respectively. I guess our friend must know something they don’t! Easy to bag something out in a depressed market!
