the $18m is a commitment to fund AI going forward, it is not money for AHZ to use at it will. It is more than likely this money will flow over time as required, and never really make its way into the AHZ kitty.
They arent buying a 60% stake, they are acquiring it by providing ongoing funding, in the same way AHZ accumulated its stake.
