Great to see your learning things . There are Pro's and Cons on Buy backs and just about everything else that happens. if You want to improve your knowledge in the rights of small shareholders join something like..

or if you just want to totally scare yourself away from the markets read a book called "Flash Boys by M Lewis to see how unfair the system really is on a short term/view basis for retail investors
BTW FMG is one of the most fair, smartest buybacks I have seen in many years . IMHO
12c divided is what I'm expecting this time as still some capex to be spent in coming years
