Well Dave that was a very logical rebuttal to my post wasn't it? So I can asssume from your response that:
excess drinking by teenagers can be reduced (eliminated?) by simply raising the price (tax) of a particular acoholic drink; and
steps should not be taken to reduce bar opening hours.
Are there any suggestions you would like to make to reduce this blight on our society other than raising taxes?
