I just had a missed call from Ben also Tony, in regards to this matter, he left a message, basically saying they have till the 20th of Feb, then an EGM will follow so sometime early March, for the vote..
Will speak with him further when he calls back, as I missed his call.
Ben's number ends in 016.. just so you know I'm telling the truth..
