Yes he said that if they took it up the shares would be placed late March or so.
And he did expect them to wait until the last minute to make a call on exercising the option.
Didn't sound stressed by it at all to be honest. And seemed very comfortable with the call of finance before the end of June.
It's just a waiting game. I probably should turn off HC. Ha ha
