I would love to see what the terms of the agreement was between CDY and its lawyers in the IKON case.

Ikon payment ......             $     939,055
+ Interest .....                     $       ?????
+ one off Legal Fees.....    $      ??????

Total as per 4c......            $  2,188,000

I haven't enough info to calculate the "Interest" but let's say it is $100k - $200k .... that means legal fees would be in the vicinity of $1,000,000!!!!!!!!!!!!

No....I must be hallucinating..........so please you clever cookies ....tell me where I've gone wrong?

If I have got it right (even if legal fees includes court costs) - then all I can say is "It is bloody scandalous".

But I hope I am wrong.
