This is the quarterly report conference call. It is not the half year results.

The quarterly will reveal revenues, cashflow report and who knows what else KB wants to air. I will be happy to see cash at end of period as $60b. Anything above will be a bonus IMHO. As 2STB noted last year, KB said at the 2018 AGM, we became cashflow positive. The AJM CEO said the same.

The half year results will discuss profitability. As Natanui pointed out a week or so ago, some of the outgoings have to be attributed to Mt Lithos WIP and stock held at Pilgangoora and QUBE.

We all expect contract SC6 price to be between USD700 and USD800. I'm hopeful of perhaps a renegotiation to achieve at least close to Mt Marion pricing, for the coming quarter. Chinese spot prices of Battery Grade LCE have fallen by half in 2018 but the international price and the Spod prices have remained.

I wonder about AJM. We both have had Ganfeng circling. Their CEO said he would announce Stage 2 financing in Jan19. Still waiting. Our DSO and Tantalite have buoyed our cashflow, although I notice Gina after taking AGO, has put the kibosh on that. We graciously announced our finalisation in the last ASX. Ann.. It was wasteful anywayz and only beneficial as a cashflow backup which we don't appear to need anymore.

There must be something more KB wants to announce.

The US/China trade war continues. Last night negative speculation. Always will they/won't they now. This is the USA's last gasp. They are trying to flex their muscles. Whatever deal is worked out, the POTUS will ask for more. China have already offered to wipe out the trade deficit! The POTUS is winning. Its a risk off time and materials sectors pricing labours, the high risk areas like Lithium especially. Still, Chinese and Indian pollution is the main driver and that ain't going away anytime soon. Demand for SC6 should maintain.
