High staff cost where the average wage for non-director and key management is $150K (double the Australian average) and with 80 employees on the book that is $12M for the year and it's actually has significantly increased, it's gone from $4M to $6M, an increase of 50% from the start of last year.
If their staff cost stay the same at the start of the year (which by the way was still very high) and got their revenue from $6.5M (which it has average all quarter last year) to close to $8M per quarter, then they will be near cashflow neutral.
Why the high staff cost, it's not like it increasing the revenue by 50%........
