Well i would possibly give them a little more credit than grade 1, although your comments are correct if not delivered firmly. Given the timeframe the team has been in place, to come on board, evaluate, take action and have that action convert to a better result I think is commendable.

In my mind to date the team has made only one gaffe, the rest has been good solid work.
