well 20m more shares is well 20m more shares.
Unless they are using that money to acquire a new project, well then the same projects get spread across 20m more shares. I cannot really see how you can escape that.
Still, they got a pretty chunky placement away at close to market prices, so good on them, although inevitably you would expect people who bought at 39 to take the 46 cents on offer as soon as they get registered.
