Ann: PLACEMENT OF RIGHTS ISSUE SHORTFALL, page-2

Good news that the shortfall has been placed and that funding is secured now. It was a significant shortfall when the initial cap raising closed, so the board have done a great job to place the remainder at the initial offer of 1.5c. They now have close to an extra $2M to advance exploration, primarily on their flagship gold project on Horn Island.

The market has responded very positively this morning and from a previous close of 1.2c, the share price has climbed to a high of 1.9c so far today, well over and above the raise price of 1.5c. Very positive to see the share price increase >50% today upon trading again.

As a holder I'm looking forward to new deeper exploration on Horn Island to hopefully identify and validate the new geological model with the potential of a multi-million ounce Intrusion Related Gold System lying underneath. With just under 500k oz Au resource identified to date from relatively shallow drilling, this could increase to be a very substantial resource. Hopefully another announcement soon outlining the next steps at Horn Island.
