imo the powers that be are trying to drag this charade out until the elections next year at which point there will be a change of government and the PSAs will torn up and the scammers can throw their hands in the air and say "oh, that's a shame, good thing we've got Forrestania"
imo the only planned drilling was us for which they were exceptionally successful
