Sorry, I don't understand why an increase in Acadia's SP since December while NEU's SP falls eases anxiety. I feel more concerned that these SP trends will strengthen Acadia's position. If a ROW deal is to be done, Acadia will offer relatively fewer of its shares and/or less cash for NEU (shares or IP rights). Have I missed something ?
