At the time of the cap raisings at $0.05 we had $2m+ LESS cash in the bank, did not have VVE SaaS or Amazon Web Services integrations, did not have revenue deals (which we do have), were not earning revenues (which we are), did not have Stephen Pech and the team that we now have (inc advisory board members who held key roles at Netflix and Sky), were no-where near as advanced with Warner as we are now, and did not have the same level of demand within the streaming vertical (that we now have).
Anyone who panicked yesterday due to external / economic news and looking for a re-entry may need to hit $0.054 to come back. What will people do when the first of 2-3 deals we are expecting drops? The Bollinger squeeze will end soon.
