Newcrest will fund approx 20% of it. The Balance will be raised from institutions via Merrils and Morgan Stanley - this is now possible as the company will be an actual producer rather than just an explorer, leadining to an inevitable rerating, leading to an inevitable share price hike - likely to push the share price up significantly over the next 6 weeks, leading up to the acquisition.
