I think most were expecting this.

My rough thoughts are there would have been time factored in to the back end of the extension period (a week or so maybe) which allows the market time to absorb news of commercial flow rates and see a lift in the SP, giving holders reason and time to submit the share take up application.

Based on that, one might cautiously assume we will see an announcement regarding flow rates by the end of next week 1st Feb.
