Yes, all the more confusing and questionable as to why the project was offloaded at such a point which was so close to feasibility and when MLM didn't desperately need the money.  When AUZ missed the original purchase deadline and they agreed to an extra $1m I was hoping for at least a royalty clause added but nothing.

The Sconi transaction and also the failed merger should have been approached much differently as MLM had the power in both instances.  Unfortunately this wasn't the case and they seemed desperate more than business savvy.  I'm only an outsider looking in so it's easy for me and others to cast judgement but the deals so far and lack of progression on Urquhart don't paint a glowing picture in my eyes.
