A negative, sorry..No one has commented on the additional bond finance for stage 2 at supposedly the high interest rate . I understood from listening to KB and DH that Australian banks were knocking the door down to assist in stage 2 financing ..Henderson said their terms were much more competitive than the bond holders..this was just weeks before stage 2 financing was announced and no Australian banks are involved. I am a KB fan but he must take the small punter for granted..tell us why no Australian bank came to the party please..I start to lose confidence in management when this sort of stuff happens..I expect honesty and the benefit of social media platforms like HC is that we can get the message out to all those interested. Not a big deal but please simply explain what happened. The perils of expensive debt finance may become important in the not too distant future imo.
