If you read the reference below you will understand the complexity of ownership, however, it would be worth a reference and the original post link to assist to place this item in perspective. I suspect it will not be forthcoming. Have a read of the findings in relation to these particular personalities. The government can still intervene and where a meeting is held without correct representation, yet alone a quorum would make that meeting invalid.

Here are some issues that relate to the same personalities.  It should be noted that claims that lay blame about "non flushing toilets" may be a reflection on those that act as if they represent the best needs of those they apparently represent. There lies the problem!

"Martin Tango and Willy Denimana signed an authority to Sol-Lawon the 13th of July 2011, Martin Tango signed a statutory declarationwithdrawing that authority onthe 3 of August 2011 and his withdrawalof instructions was communicated on about the 81h of August 2011. Nodoubt something will be said about Willie Denimana giving and notresiling from an authority. lt is something morethana coincidence, wewill submit, that Sumitomo employed Mr. Denimana when his signaturewas needed, but that his employment with them did not continue for longthereafter. In any event, there is nothing in evidence indicating thatLeonard Bava was awarethat his authority had been terminated at anytime before the prospecting licence issued to Axiom KB. His authority toact as agent for Martin Tango commenced at least as early as theaffidavit in the 2007 court.."

" there was the presumption of ownershipwhich was not refuted in the process, although there were disputes overinternal boundaries and the argument over Martin Tango's claim to ownthe whole part, an argument eventually resolved by order of the HighCourt on appeal, but which confirmed Martin Tango's right to representthe 3 families. A relevant fact is that, whilst the Acquisition Officeraccepted that more than 5 groups claimed land in the proposed 255acquisition....

"Axiom relies onthe 'presumption of regularity" in so far asthe quorum issue is concerned. The Minutes of the meeting does notshow the attendance of any landowner or provincial governmentrepresentatives. Next meeting will be quite interesting!

Are these the same characters that posted this advertisement and then made the same comments? "Everything is starting to add-up" if you think it is that simple...think again!
