I am not only looking for defanite positive out comes on each anoncement. Because of the out comes I have resorted to needing defanitive statments. That is the most importent thing for me now. It will restore or should i say give trust.

The company has not said that NMDC intend on having the singing ratafication on the NMDC board meeting agenda and that means what it means. I cant read any more into it. The company is hoping they are on the agenda but NMDC have not indacated it in the last anoncment. They only indacated it in the one before that when they were put on the copping block after ECT said that if they do not ratafy this singing then ECT will be comprimised with continueing. 
Did NMDC say that like a interogated prisoner would agree to any thing? Or did they always have it on the calender? You see why it is hard to tell dont you?

And life is two steps back and one step forward but with this bussiness it has become less odds than that. More like 8 steps back and 12 months lost then one step forward and millions down the dunny while all we here on here is that evrything is rosey and the company have made progress. But they have not made progress when they get in a position where no body can take the rug out from under them. Until then they can be as rosey as they like but they wont actualy have strength in their core relatonships.
I wish i could type and spell better and comunicate the bases of what makes a good bussiness stand solid. Acurate comunication is one of them. Resolving bussiness staments is another thing that gives confadence. And each time that hapens they can justify that they are ready to go on to step 2. But there are so many unresolved steps going on that its rely very bad for the companys social apearance.

I rely think the unproven industry process tecnology has a place but its bussiness engine is very unresolved right now. And that is its biggest hurdle. Socially speaking too it needs a better profile. If it gets past those things then it becomes another company completly. But serius investor will never get past how badly it all comes across right now and only the top share holders will ever be convinced unless it changes. They apear to be holding evrything together and if they pull the pin then the whole thing becomes messy. I wouldnt be looking for that as a investor with serius money.
