Langers hypothesis is internally consistent but the entrenched hatred of the establishment shows he is an outsider, unlike the corrupted creeps like Ryan & McCain, who fit perfectly into Langer's working model.

Trump is not controlled by the cabal, that is why the resistance at all levels is so entrenched, widespread, and inflexible.

If Trump was controlled opposition we would not be having upheavals in France and other places, we would not have hundreds of high-level resignations, we would not be pulling out of Syria, and so on and so forth.

Trump may disappoint (though I don't think he will), he may fail (definitely possible),  but we know the other sides-both old Republican and Democrat-were corrupted and offer no hope of reform or improvement.

So...nothing to lose.

If Trump is as he says he is, the people win.

If he is not...we were going down the crapper anyway.
