That bank analogy is incorrect.
It had pariah status in retail / GP - more like payday loan company than a retail bank.
Number 2 for labs.... really. Easy when there are only 2 major players. Being a roll up lab operation wasn’t too hard. Making money on it - much harder.
as for #2 for imaging. No it was and still is a bottom feeder. It is the online bank from Nigeria in the banking analogy.
