 I am sure every property owner would love that.  Becoming a multi millionaire for sitting in an asset. 

Sydney roads are congested, public transport is filthy, beaches are crowded.  Sydney crashes to a halt during any significant event.  

goods and services are expensive because it takes forever to go anywhere and someone has to pay for it. 

The last thing Sydney needs is an extra person. What it needs is an exodus so front line service staff can move into the inner city areas and redevelopment can occur at affordable prices.  

when each house along a road must be purchased for a few million dollars to add another lane or train line, nothing can be done.
