    I don’t want a takeover to happen.
    Can someone explain to me if it can be avoided?
    From what I understand, the founders don’t hold enough stock to avoid but wouldn’t it fall back on shareholders? 
    Or is it that it would and they would vote to be taken over if the premium was 20-30%?
