I, along with my colleagues, would never prescribe any product that has connections with Blackmores. The most repeated mantra in Medicine and Therapeutics is that practitioners should always practice Evidence Based Medicine (EBM) and EBM, Blackmores is not. You cannot pay me enough to prescribe Blackmores products.
This also answers Angela’s question as to why one should opt for MGC’s product over others.
MGC is heavily invested in ‘proving’ that their products work and this is exactly what we practitioners like seeing. We’d choose an evidence-based product over their non-evidence based counterparts (made by other companies) any day of the week.
