In reading your posts, it is obvious that you are incapable of factual research and analysis; yet here you are claiming you have undertaken some calculations that add value and should be recognised by the HC punters!
Just maybe you could shock us and publish those analytical pieces of wisdom for all to review. Then some on here might be able to help you refine the 10-20% overvalue into a more accurate 'overvaluation' for the benefit of us all.
