significance of legend int next door

In strongly suggest people read the recent scoping study by Legend Internatioanl Holdings.

It states that the Lady Annie and Lady Jane deposits which total 486Mt @ 17%P205 are their world class deposits. They plan to build a 300km slurry pipeline to transport concetrate which will be produced at the benefication plant they plan to build.

All this infrastructure will be on the doorstep of URM's Thorntonia tennament, which is more than likely going to have an economic deposit at similar grades.

URM could choose to;

1. go it alone
2. Sell to Legend at the gate
3. strike a deal with Legend to use the infrastructure
4. Legend may buy URM all together some time down the track.

Legend have signed a deal with a large Indian Fertilizer company. Musn't be underestimated of the significance of having Legend next door.

The new seller at 18.5 doesn't seem to think so
