Anyway, I suggest you not to use "IF" too often in your posts. It's because it's pretty meaningless to post something that is based on pure assumption/ speculation.
E.g. If Cannaglobal manage to get a 40 million contract, how will MXC benefit from it?
However I agree with you that we need to know more about Cannaglobal. For instance, we need to have an independent valuation of Cannaglobal in order to determine how much 10% of its equity actually worth.
