They say there are 2 certainties in life-- death and taxes -- Well you can now add a thrd certainty and that is that Rsg will do a capital raising before years end. So if you see the share price quickly pushing towards $1.50 I think you will see it done around there. My opinion only but all the ducks are lining up for a raising and with the debt level they have the desicion will be forced upon them sooner rather than later. Looking to buy in after the raising.
