You're just playing with semantics SP3. Everyone knows why he is there. He works for ECT in their efforts to get things happening in India. According to the ECT website:
Changes to the Company’s Board
The Company has also been developing a plan for restructuring its Board to better support the Company’s future growth profile and will shortly implement initial changes in parallel with the new executive structure. Initially this will include Ashley Moore departing the Board of ECT to focus on the India project and the operations of ECT India.
Also, didn't they say he would be there for 3 weeks out of every 4? That is the majority of time spent in India, not Australia.
Again I ask, why is he there (at great cost to the company) if it's necessary to send others over as well?
