    current CGB market cap = 61.51 million at 3.7cents
    current CAN market cap = 308 million at $2.26

    fair to assume once we relist CGB market cap to be similar to that of CAN group which would equate to a share price for CGB of 308 million divided by 61.51 million = 5 times

    5 multiply 3.7 cents = 18cents
