    smart move by Teoh and I think the merger will
    get through but Nothing is certain until ruling is done 

    but if the merger is blocked TPM is in a world of pain
    their nbn margin getting hammer, customer slow 
    they can’t buy any more customer based business 
    it will be ex- growth with rising cost
    too much risk at this price.
