Comparison to The China Hustle is on the money (or rather lack thereof!) IMHO.
It seems plain from the company’s financial reports and 3Bs that JAT issued fully-paid shares for free to Jiangxi, on on the back of a hyped-market announcement, for no apparent benefit to the company.
If JAT’s directors have some other explanation, I’d like to hear it.
Why has JAT never disclosed what happened to the Jiangxi deal?
Is it a coincidence that Crimmins has resigned just after Jiangxi has been reported in the papers?
