In summary we have a tool that should be used..Stock Buy-Back Announcement does not bind our company to act on buying shares..it simply gives us the option to buy after our enemies trash our SP with volume negative-selling manipulation. Even if we don't use it, the announcement alone would make the parasitic short-sellers think twice..Fear is their chief-weapon..Our directors need to step-up to the plate & flip the tables on the parasites..Unless they have a hidden agenda ??
