The share price stands at 7.9c. If you want to collect AUD 5 million, I expect 75 million new shares for 6.5c.
The shares may also be issued to institutional investors who pay a premium and receive warrants for them.
The last millions of warrants expired in 2018. It was clear that SVM would need money.
