Definitely. I've bought this stock understanding that CRs will be needed into 2020. This is to be expected - many other great IT companies have been through this growth cycle after listing, and/or have done this off the radar via venture capital buy-ins before they went public.
If this was the US, it wouldn't weigh upon the mind of investors (and therefore the share price). We antipodeans however seem to have a different mentality when it comes to commerce, investing and speculating. I think we're more risk averse, and we hate the thought that someone might get something for cheaper than we did, so we don't buy.
